Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilivis login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You must notify jilivis immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. jilivis will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your jilivis account. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions made through your account are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have reported a security breach to jilivis in a timely manner.

Player funds deposited into a jilivis account are held separately from the Platform's operational funds. jilivis does not use player funds for operational expenses. Players may withdraw their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the verification requirements outlined in Section 2.5.
All transactions on jilivis are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). jilivis does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player are the sole responsibility of the Player.

All promotions are valid for the period specified at the time of the offer. jilivis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Unused bonus funds that have expired will be removed from the Player's account automatically.

Scheduled maintenance , emergency downtime, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. jilivis will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
In all cases where jilivis is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of jilivis to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jilivis account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and jilivis, the Player should first contact the jilivis support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. jilivis will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated through the appropriate legal channels under Philippine law.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
